Terms of service
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms
Rocksolid Solutions Pte. Ltd. operates Content Fork. Using the service means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may do so.
The WordPress plugin is distributed separately under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. That licence governs the plugin code; these terms govern the service the plugin talks to.
Your account
You need an account to use the service, and the details on it must be accurate.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and with your site keys. Keep them secret.
- One key is bound to one site: a key is tied to the domain it is first used from, so a key taken to another domain will not work. Create one key per site.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be entitled to connect the sites you connect.
Credits and payment
Forks are paid for in credits. What a fork costs depends on the work the article needs, so a pack is not a fixed number of articles. The price of a pack is shown in the console before you pay for it, and what each fork was charged is shown afterwards.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Credits share a single expiry date. Each pack says how long its credits last, and buying one moves that date on by the pack's term, so a top-up extends what you already hold.
- Credits are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we choose to.
- If a fork fails for a reason on our side, it is not charged.
Your content, and copyright
This section matters more than its length suggests, because a rewrite is a derivative work of somebody else's article.
- You are responsible for the source. Submit a URL only if you are entitled to use what is at it, and check what the source's own terms allow.
- You are responsible for what you publish. A rewrite is a starting point for your own editorial work, not a substitute for it. Review it before it goes live.
- We do not promise the result is distinct from the source, or that publishing it raises no claim. Only the copyright holder can say what is too close.
- Do not use the service to pass off someone else's work as your own.
- You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit and in what the service produces for you.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit URLs for content that is unlawful where you or we operate.
- Do not share an account beyond your own sites, resell the service, or present it as your own.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service, including the credit system.
- Do not use the service to build a copy of somebody else's site.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise a particular level of availability, and the article sources and model providers it depends on can change or fail without notice.
We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you have paid for in a way that leaves your credits unusable, we will tell you what we are doing about it.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to harm the service or others, or where payment is reversed. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, lost audience, or a claim arising from what you published; and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if a change is significant, we will say so in the console.
